Introducing Actor’s Forum, the free monthly event for actors, directors, singers, and sundry, sponsored by I-ACT!

I-ACT is the Idaho State Affiliate of the America

n Association of Community Theatre (AACT) and, along with Oregon and Washington and Alaska, comprises AACT-Region IX. I-ACT’s primary purpose is to foster and promote an interest in community theatre and instill in individuals an appreciation of drama and the performing arts.

I-ACT fulfills its purpose by:

  • Hosting the State-wide Biennial Theatre Festival: I-ACTFest
  • Hosting the Region IX Biennial Theatre Festival: AACTFest (rotating with OR, WA & ID)
  • Sponsoring our local Actor’s Forum
  • Sponsoring workshops with visiting professionals

I-ACT is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization.

Membership

I-ACT membership supports the biennial I-ACTFest, helping Idaho community theaters achieve recognition at AACT regional and national competitions.
